  • Prices shown are for every villa Platanias per week in Euros.
  • Air-condition, linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week)
    are included in the above prices.
  • Every villa can accommodate up to 4 (2-bedroom), 6 (3-bedroom) or 8 (4-bedroom) adults.
  • Free wireless internet access is provided everywhere.
  • Welcome package is offered at the additional cost of 35 Euros per package.
  • Heated pool is offered at the additional cost of 80 Euros per day at least for a 3-day period. You should inform us at least one week before arrival to have the pool heated.
  • Firewood during winter is offered at the additional cost of 10 Euros per day.
  • 120 € per day is offered until 31 May for reservations of 3 nights or more, for staying between 17 June and 20 June
  • 140 € per day is offered until 31 May for reservations of 3 nights or more, for staying between 15 July and 19 July
  • Special offer 10% discount is offered until 31 May for reservations of 5 nights or more, for staying between 01 September and 31 October

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
The balance should be paid up to 21 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
50% of the deposit is kept in case you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before check-in.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in then 100% of the deposit is kept.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 21 days before check-in then the whole amount is kept.
