On the sea view ground floor a spacious living room (with fireplace, fine sofa corner, satellite LCD TV), a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided in an open plan design. Big refrigerator and electric kitchen, dishwasher, big microwave, boiler, toast makers, coffee filter and all kitchen utensils are offered.

Every Tersanas Villa offers a double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) and a seperate bathroom with Spa on the ground floor.

Three more bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), a second smaller living room between the bedrooms, and a washing machine are provided on the lower floor. A door leads from the open plan living room to the sea view courtyard and the pool area with a few sofa beds, exterior sitting table, coal barbeque, sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Private outdoor parking is available outside, while the guests can also enjoy a common tennis court.
