August 6 2011 Most of the sinks and showers were blocked. No bowl for the breakfast. BBq was not practical. No enough shade around the house, no fabric above the pergola. |

July 30 2011 Incredible sea view. The villa is very Nice, very Well furnished and the clearing is done twice a week. The maintenance Manager is taking care off everything during our stay and she is very freindly. Thank you very much to you. Emmanuel |

July 27 2011 There were many things that were broken at the villa. We never had use of the microwave oven. Lights on the deck weren't working and dangerous for children to be near. The stereo in the shower was to be fixed and never was...... |

July 2 2011 We didn't use the cleaning. There are some repairing to do at the house. Also the pool did n't work when we arrived. Some smell at the toilet downstairs. But we are very happy with the stay and will try to come back. |

July 1 2011 A master bedroom without a ceiling in a such a villa is really not a good idea. Otherwise, perfect stay, and fine assistance by the maintenance manager. Your directions need some improvement (at least indicate to follow the "Divine Villas" sign!). Please delete my E-mail address from your files - we do not plan to come back in the near future. June 16 2011 One sun Umbrella in the pool is hardly enough, we were a party of 7! Because there was no shade we spent little time in the pool area and that's a shame. Other than that vacation in the villa was great. |

July 10 2010 This year we visited Tersanas Villas for second time. The view from the villas is perfect, the service was at very high level and our stay will be unforgetable. We hope to visit Tersanas Villas again in the future. |

June 2 2010 We rented the Tersanas Villa with a group of 8 people. It was absolutely PERFECT for us. Nicole picked us up from the airport and we followed her to the villa in our rental cars. Her service was impeccable throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed something, we called and she helped us out. The Villa is not far from Chania (20min drive) in a quiet location with fantastic sea views. It was quite windy on a few days as it's on an elevated location, but when travelling there in the hot summer months it must be perfect. The rooms were excellent. Each of them with an en-suite and 2 sinks - so no fighting for who get's to shower first...important when travelling in such a large group. And all of them had sea views! Nothing better than waking up in the morning, pulling up the curtains and seeing the sea. Only downside: there was a bad smell coming out of the toilets / showers...and it definitely wasn't us. We were unable to identify where the smell came from...probably the drainage. If you are staying at the villa, have dinner at Zorbas in Stavros. EXCELLENT, cheap, and really nice staff. All in all, I would definitely go back! 10 out of 10 |

May 8 2010 Great villa with great service from Nicole. Absolutely amazing views and the sunset, ah the sunset... Only issue was the lack of hot water, and the power outage. Thank you for the relaxing stay. |

September 9 2009 We really enjoyed our stay in Tersanas. Next time I will appreciate a better map and directions, It wasn´t easy to find the villa. Everything else was just perfect. Thanks for unforgetable holiday. |

July 8 2008 Tersanas villa was superb, very unusual design and layout but beautifully done. Some issues with electricity and water but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the management company.
