  • The above prices include all taxes and VAT
  • Prices shown are for every Tersanas Villa per week in Euros.
  • Tersanas Villa 1, Tersanas Villa 2 and Tersanas Villa 3 are seafront villas
    with great sea views, whereas Tersanas Villa 4 offers side sea views.
  • Air-condition, linen, towels and cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week)
    are included in the above prices.
  • Every villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and one/two small children.
  • In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.

Booking Conditions
40% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
The balance should be paid up to 21 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
50% of the deposit is kept in case you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before check-in.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in then 100% of the deposit is kept.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 21 days before check-in then the whole amount is kept.
