Villa Yannis in Asteri, Rethymno

Villa Yannis is a hospitable, traditional 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool of about 27 sq m in the small village of Asteri. Two bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with twin beds, and two bathrooms are provided.

The villa is located 3 km from the sandy beach and 14 km from the lovely town of Rethymno. One mini market and one tavern are located less than 100 meters away (in the center of Asteri), while a few more taverns, restaurants and one big supermarket are located 2 km away from the villa.

Villa Yannis offers a lovely open plan area with a living room corner, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a common bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the ground floor of the Villa. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom are provided on the upper floor. A common bathroom with Jacuzzi is also offered on the upper floor.

All guests can enjoy a private pool of 27 sq m with sun loungers and umbrellas. An outdoor sitting table under a pergola and a barbecue corner are offered.

Air-condition is provided in every bedroom and in the open plan area. Free wireless internet is also provided. Plasma satellite TV, dishwasher, and washing machine are also available.

Our stay at this villa was wonderful! 🥰 The property was very clean and well-maintained, and its location in a quiet, peaceful village allowed us to truly unwind and relax. The pool was great and was an added bonus of this place. The host was extremely kind, helpful and always there to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a pleasant atmosphere. We'd love to come back here again! ❤︎

The owner was amazing, so welcoming and helped us with so much, including getting taxis and a hire car when ours fell through. We are so grateful to him for being so attentive. The villa is beautiful and perfect for 8 people. It has all the amenities you could need. We were attending my daughter’s wedding at Agreco Farm and this was a great location. You definitely need a car as the nearest shops are 1.5 miles away, but the local taverna (literally opposite) does an amazing Cretan/Greek night on Thursday & Friday, but you need to book as people come from all over for it. There is also a fusion bistro called Romeo & Juliet that does great food. Staff at both were so welcoming and treat you like a local if you’ve been once!!! It is also a perfect base from which to travel around the island.
