The two recently-built lovely villas are perched high up in the hamlet of Megala Horafia, 9 km east of Chania, with stunning views out over Souda Bay and the whole of the Akrotiri Peninsula to the front.

Megala Horafia village offers a few traditional tavernas and a mini-market. Much more restaurants, fish tavernas and traditional tavernas can be be found in the lovely old town of Chania and the near seaside villages of Kalami, Kalives and Almirida. The sandy bay of Kalami, with its Turkish fortress, is just 3.5 km away. Rethymnon is also within driving distance of the villas and it is very easily reached by the national road along the coast.
