The service we received on picking up the rental car at the airport was brilliant. The staff were very helpful and made it very easy for us to pick up the car.

Best Cars Rentals was an exceptional value. When I booked they immediately replied to say the car I selected wasn't available so they upgraded me to the next level with no additional charge. The cost included all insurance, 3 drivers and pickup and drop off at different locations. We were met at Heraklion airport and quickly shown to the car. When we dropped off the car at Chania, it was quick and efficient. I would rent again from Best Cars rental without hesitation.

We rented a car so I'm not sure how to rate the above but overall the experience was good - the pick up was super smooth so was the drop-off the car was exactly what I've ordered online it fit our need perfectly so all in all I have a good experience.

We only rented car through them. Service was great and they even delivered to the Crete old town and let me drop off at a different city. They were the only one to provide $0 deductible at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend them.

Everything worked very well and nothing to complain about. An additional driver and insurance were included in the price, which was very nice.
