  • "Emmanuel and Yannis were amazing hosts and we really appreciated Maria's help as well. The views of Falasarna Beach were spectacular from every window in the villa, and they were plentiful. The location was perfect to visit Chania, Balos Beach and Elafonisi Beach all within reasonable driving distances. We loved the villa's layout. It was perfect for the 4 of us traveling together. Upon our arrival, we found a freshly baked delicious spinach pie and some local pastries that they had left for us. These were more than welcome since we had a very late arrival (due to ferry delays). So thoughtful! The villa is within walking distance to 2 restaurants and a short drive to many others, grocery store, bakery and a pharmacy. We also cooked in their fully equipped kitchen and bbq'd. Don't think about it...just book it!"

  • "The villa is magnificent, just like on the pictures and even better. A breathtaking view, especially at sunset. The equipment of the house is complete (various types of coffee maker, independent air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets, quality gas BBQ, etc.). The nearby beach is very nice (can be reached by car)."

Blue Horizon Villas Falasarna are a group of sea view 3-bedroom Villas, each with a private pool and lovely sea views, about 3 km from the excellent sandy beach of Falassarna, and 400 meters from a few traditional tavernas.

Each Villa offers an open plan area with a living room area, a dining table, and fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Three bederooms and three en-suite bathrooms are provided.

A lovely sea view private pool with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and a small barbecue corner are offered in the courtyard of every Villa. Private parking space is also available.

A few taverns and restaurants can be found within walking distance. Mini-markets can be found within a 5-minute driving. The Villa is about 50 km west of the picturesque city of Chania and 10 km west of the town of Kissamos. The tropical beach of Elafonisi with the red sand is about 45 km away.

Emmanuel and Yannis were amazing hosts and we really appreciated Maria's help as well. Prior to arriving, they sent us a slew of things to see and do in the area. The views of Falasarna Beach were spectacular from every window in the villa, and they were plentiful. The location was perfect to visit Chania, Balos Beach and Elafonisi Beach all within reasonable driving distances. We loved the villa's layout. It was perfect for the 4 of us traveling together. Everyone had a room and ensuite bathroom and there was a powder room on the main floor. Upon our arrival, we found a freshly baked delicious spinach pie and some local pastries that they had left for us. These were more than welcome since we had a very late arrival (due to ferry delays). So thoughtful! The villa is within walking distance to 2 restaurants and a short drive to many others, grocery store, bakery and a pharmacy. We also cooked in their fully equipped kitchen and bbq'd. Don't think about it...just book it!

Emmanuel and Yannis were terrific hosts. They were extremely responsive and very helpful from the time we booked and throughout our stay. This is a great villa, which looks just like the photos. Three basic but very comfortable bedrooms. Good outdoor dining and relaxing by the pool. Beautiful views overlooking the sea and for watching the sunset. It was a great location: Less than 10 minutes drive to Falassarna beach, Kissamos port, a couple of supermarkets and several very good restaurants. We really appreciated all of the personal touches and hosts who went the extra mile to make it a great stay!
