Couldn’t recommend enough! Emmanuel and Yannis’ place looked amazing from the photos but exceeded all expectations upon arrival. We stayed for a week and it was the perfect base to explore Chania from. Walkable to anywhere in the city, with lovely cafes and restaurants nearby it really has everything you’d need. Not only was it the perfect base to explore it also had more than enough if you fancied hanging out at the apartment. Equipped with a hot tub, 2 smart tvs and a lovely private outdoor space it made our stay even more comfortable. I must also mention how kind and helpful the hosts were throughout our stay. They gave us some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants nearby, as well as being super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Truly lovely hosts and I would come back to stay many more times!

Posizione strategica per essere a ridosso del centro ma fuori dal caos del centro di Chania. Vasca idromassaggio ideale dopo giornate al mare molto calde e stancanti. Pulizia a metà soggiorno regalata dall’host una piacevole sorpresa.
Fornello elettrico sottodimensionato rispetto alla dimensione delle pentole (ma basta fornire almeno una padella più piccola per occupare i due fuochi contemporaneamente.

This was our second time staying at Casa Verde and once again we had a fabulous and relaxing time.
Our accommodation had everything we needed modern facilities, tastefully furnished and very comfortable, It really is a beautiful place. The owner also provides welcome coffee, milk and other lovely touches like a bottle of organic wine and Greek honey, which was very nice.
Yannis Emmanuel and Maria, once again provided a 1st class service. Their communication before and during our holiday was excellent and extremely responsive. They genuinely are one of the most helpful and kindest travel agencies I have ever dealt with.
We also met the owner of Casa Verde again and she is lovely and also very helpful.
We will definitely return.

A beautiful new apartment in a quiet location. Accommodation is spacious and well appointed, spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortabl, hot tub is a bonus and only a 15 minute walk to Chania port. Great communication with Emmanuel and thanks to Marcos.

Great location, nice residential area within easy walking distance of the old town. The apartment was well equipped and immaculately clean. Spacious balcony that was surprisingly private. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! The environment is amazing, with all necessary utilities provided. The space is cozy, with lovely outdoor areas, and it’s conveniently located within walking distance of the city center.

We were so impressed with our stay at the Casa Verde Executive Suite. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Nice bathroom (hotel style toiletries provided), lovely big bright main room with high ceilings, beautiful decor (all brand new), nice bedroom with a comfortable bed. A very nice cot was provided for our baby as was a top-quality high chair. We had a fantastic stay. The hot tub and terrace were lovely and sunny too, and surprisingly peaceful considering the city location. Finally, the apartment was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels provided. The communication from Emmanuel, Yannis and team was great too and they arranged our transfers. Fab service and fab apartment, thank you!

Perfect communication, all information provided transparently and in advance, you don't have to ask for anything, everything is given on a plate :) Modern decor, great jacuzzi, what more could you want?

We stayed for 1 week and had an amazing time. Flat had everything we needed, kitchen, air-condition etc. and a beautiful private balcony with heated hot tub, and all within walking distance to the centre. Emmanuel and Yannis were responsive and friendly throughout, answering questions, giving recommendations and even booking a restaurant for us. Would definitely come again!

This property was perfection. Beautifully designed with lovely finishes, this wonderful apartment has a lovely kitchen area, a very nice size bathroom, and a very relaxing hot tub, which was perfect for coming back to after our long walks in the harbor area. Our apartment actually had 3 terrace areas. The building itself was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable as were the linens—especially the soft towels. (If you’ve stayed anywhere in Greece, you know what the hard water does to towels. Here, they were as soft as cotton). Location was also ideal. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the Municipal Gardens (where we caught a lovely concert one night), and a 12-15 minute walk into Old Town. Diagonally across the street was a very lovely cafe in a garden, and within a 5 minute walk you’ll find mini-marts, pharmacies, numerous ootions for quick food bites, and much more. Staying at Casa Verdi will make you feel like you live in Chania, rather than just being a tourist. The managing crew are phenomenal. They answered all of our questions (and believe me, the first couple of days I had plenty). They could not have been more helpful to us. Thank you also to the owner who provided such a beautiful place to stay. I can easily give Casa Verdi a 10 out of 10 rating, but truthfully I would like to rate it much higher.

Stayed at this accommodation for 4 nights it is a amazing property spotless clean and fantastic hosts nothing was to much trouble for them they responded instantly to any questions I had. If your going to Chania you definitely want to stay here. Thank you Yannis and Emmanuel. We will be back very soon.

Emmanuel & Yannis’ apartment was the perfect place to return to after a day of activities. Well appointed with a modern clean design, it was immaculate and welcoming upon our arrival. The air conditioning is very efficient, the space feels spacious and the linens and towels were of very high quality. The apartment has a small and large veranda overlooking two other neo classic buildings making one feel they were back in time where architecture and color were essential to beauty and well being. The location perfect, only a few minutes by foot to the Old Harbor and cafes. Emmanuel and Yannis could not be more kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and perfect. We will be returning to this beautiful oasis.
