It is located in a central and peaceful location, next to a mini-market with organic food, the stadium, the children friendly park of Peace and Friendship, and the Municipal Garden of Chania. The historic old town of Chania, offering a wide variety of cafes and restaurants, is located just 500 meters away.

A beautiful open plan area with a living area, a smart TV, and a dining table is provided. The living room opens to the master bedroom with a queen size bed, and a lovely terrace of about 85 sqm with a big dining table under a shaded pergola. Two sun loungers and a barbeque corner are also provided.

Clio Townhouse offers a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove, a big refrigerator, a microwave, a boiler, a coffee maker, a toast maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dining table.

"This place was amazing! Out of the 5 airbnbs we stayed at across Greece this was the largest and it made it very relaxing. It was the largest outdoor patio I've ever seen and we had every breakfast out there in the morning which was wonderful. The flooring in the space is unique, the AC worked great, but what we really loved was the location. It's just a quick 8 min walk to the middle of all the good stuff."

De accommodatie is echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Het ligt centraal en is heerlijk ruim. Alles is schoon en netjes. Het balkon is heel groot en heel fijn om op te zitten in het zonnetje. De communicatie met de beheerders verloopt soepel en snel, ze reageren meteen als je een vraag hebt en ze vragen je elke dag of je nog wensen hebt. Ik kan een verblijf in de accommodatie van harte aanbevelen.

The townhouse was gorgeous and a great size for a group of 5. Looked exactly like the photos with great amenities, perfect central location, easy access and a beautiful terrace to take breakfast on. Emmanuel and Yannis provided extensive recommendations and were very helpful and communicative, we loved our stay!
