Danai Garden Apartment is a just renovated, spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open plan area with a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen. It is located in the area of Platanias, about 1 km from the sandy beach and 2 km from the lively town of Platanias, where many taverns and restaurants can be found.

A big open plan area with a living room corner with a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen is provided. A big electric kitchen, an oven, a big refrigerator, a boiler, a coffee maker and a washing machine are provided. Air-condition in the two bedrooms and wireless internet are available.

One bedroom with a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed are offered. One more bathroom with a shower is provided. All guests can enjoy a private veranda with a shaded dining table.

Platanias is a famous holiday destination in Crete with a long sandy beach and a variety of recreation facilities. Taverns, restaurants, a few bars, two pool bars, many shops, supermarkets, sea sports, and children playgrounds can be found a little less than 2 km away.

"Wonderful experience. Great privacy outside of the built up areas. Perfect access for driving out to explore the west coast as its so easy to access motorway. Coffee shop & bakery next door. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Place is so comfortable and quiet even next to a main road. Lovely view with beautiful flowers. Hosts were so responsive and so friendly. Would highly recommend this place, especially if the above is desirable to you."

Wir hatten keine weiteren Mieter im Haus und hatten dadurch enorm viel Privatsphäre. Die Küche hat nur eine kleine Grundausstattung. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wenn man etwas unternehmen will. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben sofort auf unsere Wünsche reagiert."

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Crete. The house is very spacious, and comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the lovely yard, with plenty of shade and surrounded by nature. It was such a pleasure to sit outside in the morning with my coffee, enjoy the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature, and simply slow down.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. It’s the perfect place if you want to get away from the noise, enjoy some privacy, and experience the calm and natural side of Crete.

The host was also fantastic and made our stay even better. They provided us a high chair and a playpen for my baby. They were always very responsive, replied quickly to all of my messages, and were happy to help with anything I asked or needed during our stay.

Overall, we had a lovely experience.
We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Crete!

L’hôte est très réactif, très agréable et le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer l’ouest de l’île. Le logement est cependant un peu éloigné de la longue rue commerçante de Platanias, il faudra donc utiliser un véhicule pour s’y rendre. Avec ses 3 chambres, dont une suite parentale, il est suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir une famille (3 lits double). Pour les amateurs de barbecue, un barbecue au gaz est à disposition. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, qui mériterait toutefois d’être achevée, mais ce n’est qu’un détail idem pour le jardin. Le matériel disponible permet de cuisiner confortablement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et remercions nos hôtes.
