We had a fantastic holiday in this super super apartment. Views were spectacular and Ven - our lovely, kind, helpful and generous host had done some grocery shopping for us as we were arriving after midnight. Our fridge was fully stocked. He also left some lovely red and white wine for us and a bottle of raki as a gift. The day before we left he told me that we could stay in the apartment until two p.m. instead of a checkout if 11am - which just finished off a perfect stay for us.
The apartment is stunning and so centrally located. We were less than a minute from the restaurants and about three minutes from the beach. Panormo is a beautiful Cretan village on the coast so it has everything . The locals were really friendly. It felt as if we were part of the community.
TheHotel.gr were so helpful and obliging even after we had left the apartment they sent me bus timetables, numbers for tour companies , taxis etc. they set up a WhatsApp group for me and them so if I had any queries or problems all I had to do was message them and they would answer within minutes with all the information. I don’t know how I will manage other holidays without this kind of help. Overall the best holiday 😎😎Thank you so much Ven and the hotel.gr. We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The best things were the location and the inside of the apartment. The apartment is located in the middle of a cute, picturesque European village straight off a postcard, within walking distance of everything - the beach, shops, restaurants, and the highway. There are a lot of steps, though. The inside of the apartment was clean, bright, and airy. I loved that my family was able to spread out across 3 bedrooms instead of all 4 of us being crammed into a hotel room. The apartment is new with modern fixtures and in great condition. The owner lives below, and he was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and accommodating. He came to check on us late one night when he didn't see our rental car, which we had parked up the road. The roads are very narrow and the buildings are close. However, we felt perfectly safe walking around because the area was very well lit, and cars passing through were minimal. The locals were mostly friendly. We would stay here again.

I want to express my family's sincere gratitude to our host for his wonderful apartment. The view is breathtaking, both of the village and the Sea, and also of the neighbor's beautiful flowers. The apartment itself is very well cared for and comfortable for a family. We give it full stars. The beds provided good rests and the kitchen was equipped to make meals. The balcony was a highlight as it has a commanding view of the surroundings.

The host is warm and caring and brought by some drinks and fresh tomatoes that were really tasty. He was very responsive whenever we had a question.

We would definitely book again if we ever return to Crete!

You get what you see, exactly as it is on the pictures - clean, modern, spacious with all necessary amenities. Beds were really comfortable, living room was very neat with a great view every morning. The apartment was very close the main street with really nice restaurants and souvenir shops. Good location to visit different beaches as well. The owner waited for us very late at night, which was much appreciated, he had fruits and pastries ready for us, explained everything and kept checking if we have all we need. The agents also made sure we arrived there and that everything was alright. Overall it was a great experience.

The place is very good, very clean and modern. the location and view is fantastic. The communication with the host is very easy and quick who was very helpful not only with the flat related things but also with tips for beaches and nice places to go. I really recommend stay there.
