A quiet place with friendly staff and beautiful pool. Car parking is not available. The drinks and food offered although were tasty the quality of the products was not this one expected. The afternoon duty bar tender was not so polite. The price against services provided seems to be οoverrated. The capacity of room's refrigerator was small having as result to hold only one bottle water. I saw many costumers to buy cases of mineral water from external shops thing that does not make sense for this kind of hotel.

The room we were assigned was NOT the room represented in the pictures on TheHotel.gr . Other than the one receptionist who actually tried to help us (thanks for trying Ms. Antigoni), we were left completely disappointed by both staff and management. The bathroom was not clean and it took several days of complaining to get them to clean it. The "King" bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. The room was very small. The room had a completely unnecessary third bed placed in front of the patio door that made it practically impossible to use the patio which was just as well because the only view was of an ugly fence and a small grassy area that desperately needed cutting. The A/C is "shared" between multiple rooms so it took two full days for the room to actually cool off in the 35C weather. The climate controls performed no actual function (i.e. changing the A/C fan settings had no noticeable affect). The food in this "all-inclusive" resort was mediocre at best. The shame of all this is that the building is nice looking from the street and gives the appearance of a modern, clean facility, but what hides beneath is hotel with small, unclean rooms and a staff and management that is irresponsible to their paying guests (Ms. Antigoni being the single exception). This hotel is a 5 star "wannabe" - it would be generous to give them 2 stars.
