Epavlis Akrotiri offers two living room areas, a few beautiful dining areas inside the villa and outside in the spacious courtyard, elegant furniture of Italian style, a fully-equipped kitchen, and impressive gardens with palm and local trees. A small private orthodox church is provided, where we can help you organize a small wedding ceremony and a party.
A comfortable open plan area with a living room area and a dining table are offered on the pool floor. Next to it, a fully-equipped kitchen, one more dining area with a fireplace and a second living room corner with two sofa beds are provided. Two lovely bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms are also offered on the pool floor.
One elegant bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a new bedroom with two single beds, a sea view balcony, and one more shower bathroom are provided on the middle floor.
One bedroom with a king size bed, a sofa and an armchair, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony with beautiful sea views are offered on the top floor.
A unique private pool of 130 sq m with hydromassage is provided in the courtyard. The main pool is about 110 sq m with depth from 1.20 to 2 meters, and the children pool is about 20 sq m with depth up to 45 centimeters.
Concierge services like private Chef, rent of a Bentley car or another luxury car, personal driver, private excursions, private cruises with a yacht, transfer with a helicopter, and almost everything you would like can be arranged with an additional cost.
