Epavlis Akrotiri Chania offers a generously spacious and elegant open-plan area on the pool floor, creating an inviting atmosphere. The expansive living room features a large smart TV, a stylish dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. Another well-designed open-plan space, complete with an additional dining table, a smart TV and a sofa corner, seamlessly connects the kitchen with the two bedrooms, enhancing the overall flow and comfort of the villa.
Adding to the allure, the pool floor of Epavlis Akrotiri Chania presents two generously sized bedrooms. A wonderful private pool of about 130 sqm is at your disposal, complete with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for your relaxation. The main pool is approximately 110 sqm and it has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters. Additionally, there is a children's pool, covering about 20 sqm, with a depth of up to 45 centimeters, providing a safe and enjoyable space for younger guests.
