Close to the airport and the rep did meet me there. Once you are picked up and go to their place, if you do not want the product, they probably will not take you back to the airport for you to find another dealer. This means you can walk or take what they are offering. The car was nearly out of fuel. He said I could return it with the same amount, which I did; however, nobody wants to starts their vacation having to fuel up a vehicle. The warning light came on soon after I left the pick up location. Also, I specifically asked for a Sienna and specifically said I did not want a Doblo but what did I end up with--a Doblo. And the car was dirty inside. I have been coming to Crete for about 20 years and I have always rented from Hertz or Avis but I decided to give one of the other dealers a chance. Well, I think I will go back to Avis and Hertz. I guess there is a reason they are Worldwide.

We found the agency representative at the airport waiting for us and we got immediately our cars that were exactly as we expected and in addition to this, brand new models! none Everything was perfect, as we wished!

We picked up the cars from Chania airport which was very convenient.
We get the baby chairs free with no extra charge.
