We are very happy with our stay in Kalami House.
The house was perfect for us : excellent location : the beach, the view, the surroundings, the garden, the Wifi. The owner is very nice and it was great to meet him and to discuss, (thanks for the advice). The cleaning every 3 / 4 days is very well. The house is really perfect for 4 people. We had a great time on the beach and on the beautiful terrace in the morning for sunrise or in the evening for sunset !
The only disadvantage is that there is no separation between the room downstairs and the rest of the house.
We will recommend it and we will also recommend the service of your agency – we really appreciated your services; advice and multiple contacts when we were in Crete.

This is very good place if you like quite places. Only few houses around. Very nice garden around house. Wonderful sea view, 2 minutes walking distance to the water. There are few umbrellas and a few trestle-beds.

The small sandy beach is located 5 minutes away. Close to house, there is a pebble beach and stones are in the water. The house is located very close to sea, while the village is around 100-150 m above. The closet taverna is in the village. The shopping centres are in Kalyves or Souda (few km away).

You need to have car if you like to go to buy food or something else. The house fully met my expectation, while I do not like crowded places. I rented car and could easy reach all places that I wanted to visit.

Very nice, spacious, homely house near lovely little beach. All basic things available. Good positioned for excursions in the west of the island. You definitely need a car. Very good follow-up of the organisation. Always available for help and information.

It's just next to paradise: Souda bay and a pebble beach is 20 meters down the house. Very nice reception and follow up, tips and pointers if you want them. Kalives village is just a few miles away, and has everything you need for shopping, eating and drinking. No doors to separate sleeping area's. Which means less privacy.

Красивое уединённое расположение, вид на море,уютный аутентичный интерьер, фруктовые деревья с прекрасными гранатами, яблоками, инжиром. Приятно удивило наличие в холодильнике фруктов, питьевой воды, хлеба, масла, джема, кофе, сахара, оливкового масла, ракии. Уборка и смена белья производились во время. Несмотря на подробную схему проезда, найти виллу в темное время суток было очень сложно. Отсутствует вывеска с названием виллы. Очень скрипят полы и кровать на мансарде. Нет WI-FI. Мы рекомендуем виллу Calami House сайт для отдыха на Крите.

Stunning views, simplicity and a secluded location metres from a quiet pebbly beach mainly used by locals. Ideal for those who wish to get away from the crowds. Thank you Nikos and family for a wonderful stay in your little bit of paradise on Earth.. From the amazing figs and prickly pears you supplied to the stunning location looking across Souda Bay. Your hospitality was warm as the sun filled days but always with a gentle breeze to cool the skin.
The simplicity of life at Kalami House surrounded by sounds of nature made our holiday even more memorable and helped us recharge our batteries. Contrary to the British Press, Crete is well and open for business. Nothing has changed. Well stocked supermarkets, working ATM`s. Busy Tavernas and above all that in built Cretan hospitality. I am already planning to book the same dates for next year! TheHotel.Gr team are an extremely helpful and professional group.

Quiet place, nice terrace for evening time, close to the beach, clean water, friendly landlord. We looked for a place like that and we found it in Kalami house. You need a car to get there.

Stone beach at 50 meters, sandy at 250 The location is not near taverns and shops, so you always have to take the car to go out. But we knew this when we booked so not really a disadvantage for us. Kalami house is a basic house with everything you need with a spectacular view over souda bay.
