Merci encore pour tout Yannis.. c était parfait grâce à vous. juste pour vous et les prochains locataires... la douche fuit au niveau des joins du sol. vous pouvez le voir facilement. et la climatisation dans la petite chambre avec lits superposés n a jamais fonctionné (en mode chauffage ou climatisation). There are no words to describe the good feeling that Yannis gives when he hosts you. From the moment we arrived, he took care of our food and drinks and spoiled us with quality olive oil and drinks throughout the week. Any problem we had was handled in the best possible way. There is no doubt that Yannis is a very high-level host. Communication with the office was excellent and they respond immediately to any question or request. I highly recommend working with them because they are professionals and their properties are of a very high standard and meet expectations. We would be happy to stay at Yannis and Emmanuel's properties again as soon as possible.

Modern Interior Villa is a lovely 5-bedroom Villa of 300 sq m with a sea view private pool, which is located 5 km from the seaside village of Maleme and 19 km west of the picturesque town of Chania. The luxury Villa sits on top of an olive-grown hill having panoramic sea views in a private plot of 2 acres.

Modern Interior Villa is decorated with a contemporary approach combining high aesthetics with comfort. All our guests can enjoy a private swimming pool of 40 sq m, a large courtyard most of which is covered with lawn, and lovely sea views.

An open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room corner with an energy fireplace, a 51 inches TV, a DVD player and Home Cinema is provided. A built-in refrigerator an electric oven and a microwave, an electric kitchen with ceramic hobs, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided. A coffee maker, a boiler and cooker hoods are offered as well. Wireless internet is also available.

Five separate bedrooms are provided. A big hall area with an office corner and pool views, on the south side of the swimming pool, give access to the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each, and one common bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with one bunk bed are also offered next to the living room area.

The pebble beach of Maleme is only 5 km away providing with many restaurants and cafes, while the most lively village of Platanias is 9 km away, offering restaurants, cafes and many choices for nightlife entertainment.
