Modern Nature Villa is a brand new group of three villas with 8 bedrooms and 2 private pools in total, in the peaceful village of Mariou in south Rethymno. A few taverns with excellent Cretan food are provided in very short walking distance and there is also a mini-market at 300 meters away. The seaside town of Plakias with a lovely sandy beach, many restaurants, shops and supermarkets is 3 km away.
Modern Nature Villa consists of the 5-bedroom Modern Villa which consists of Modern Villa I and Modern Villa II with one pool in front of them, and the 3-bedroom Stylish Villa with another pool. The Villa can ideally accommodate up to 16 guests, however two more guests can stay on one of the sofas.
The 3-bedroom Modern Villa I offers an open plan living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are provided, two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds as well as three en-suite bathrooms. Lovely balconies and many windows ensure that you can enjoy nature and sea views from the open plan area and the bedrooms.
The 2-bedroom Modern Villa II has an open plan living room area with a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms and a patio with an outdoor seating area and lovely nature and sea views are offered. A sharing infinity pool for the two Modern Villas, with sun loungers, a garden area and outdoor seating areas are provided.
The 3-bedroom Stylish Villa features an open plan area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room corner as well as three bedrooms with double beds, two shower bathrooms, one wc, and Candia Strom mattresses. A private pool of about 20 square meters is offered outside and an outdoor dining area under the pergola.
