Niki House is a spacious and hospitable 3-bedroom house with a big private courtyard and garden, about 2.5 km from the old town of Chania and 4 km from the nearest sandy beach. You can find a supermarket, a bakery, a traditional tavern and a butchery shop withing a walking distance. A car is recommended for your stay to explore the town of Chania and west Crete.

A cozy living room area with a dining table, a fireplace and a smart TV is offered in addition to a fully-equipped kitchen with a beautiful veranda with an outdoor dining table.

Niki House offers three bedrooms in total. One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. One common bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is also provided.

All guests have access to a private courtyard and a charming garden featuring sun loungers and local trees. Additionally, there is a pergola with an extra dining table, a barbecue, and a small pond. A private shaded parking space is also included.

Free wireless internet everywhere, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the kitchen area are offered.

Wonderful hosts, home had everything we could need and a great location. Easy to drive out to all amazing places without having to negotiate busy city traffic and only 30 minutes walk to town. Hosts were amazing and so friendly. Private parking space was a bonus. Enjoyed evenings sat on the terrace. thanks again for a great stay.

Charmante petite maison, très bien pour passer quelques jours à la Canée. Niki et sa famille (propriétaires) sont très chaleureux. La terrasse avec barbecue est très appréciable. Emmanuel et son équipe (agence) sont proactifs, très attentionnés et donnent beaucoup d'informations utiles sur l'environnement du logement (activités, commodités, restauration...). Je recommande vivement !
