Olivia Apartment is a cozy 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a peaceful residential building of houses in the area of Nea Chora, next to a cafe, a beautiful park with children playground, and two mini-markets. The famous old town of Chania is only 300 meters away.

Olivia Apartment is a charming and sunny apartment featuring a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area. Guests can relax on the stylish floral sofa, or enjoy the large private balcony for breakfast or a meal.

Two comfortable bedrooms are provided, along with one full bathroom and a guest WC. The main bedroom features a queen-size bed and generous built-in wardrobe space. It also opens directly onto a lovely private balcony with beautiful open views.

Our family of four enjoyed the stay in the apartment! Spacious, bright, modern, air conditioned, very nicely decorated apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay with a home feel. We loved the spacious shaded terrace, 1.5 bathrooms (very convenient for a family:), and a designated parking space. Very well equipped kitchen (as if at home), including even food basics for cooking like oil, spices, coffee pods (thank you!), etc.. Very much appreciated a lovely gift from owners - wine, fruits, bread, water! Excellent fast communication with owners, we were really grateful for early check in (our ferry arrived early morning), and flexible check out time. The building is located on a quite street near a lovely small park, close (10 min walk) to the old town, large grocery store is nearby. Definitely recommend!

Emmanuel & Yannis were excellent hosts. The apartment was well equipped and served all our needs. The location, in particular, is very good, being close to the old port and the beach without being in the tourist chaos of either. There’s an excellent coffee shop next door and a big supermarket around the corner. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
