The above prices include all taxes and VAT.
Prices shown are for the 5-bedroom Orea Villa per week in Euros.
Air-condition, bed linen, bathroom towels and full cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included in the above prices.
Wireless satellite Internet (with care, please do not download films and games) is provided free of charge.
In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.
No pets are allowed in this property and there is a strict no smoking policy inside the villa.
The pool is heated from the middle of October until the middle of May. The cost of the heating is included in the above prices.
Welcome basket with water, local fruit, a bottle of wine and raki (local distilled spirit from grapes) is offered.
