Air-condition, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels, and full cleaning every 3/4 days (twice per week) are included in the above prices.
Additional daily "light" cleaning except Sundays is offered during July and August.
Wireless internet is provided with an additional charge of 60 Euros per week.
Every villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and one/two small children.
9th/10th person may be charged with 50 Euros per day.
A welcome basket (coffee, tea, chips, candies, 4 bottles of water, 2 bottles of wine) can be provided at the additional cost of 75 Euros.
In case of theft or breakdown of furniture or equipment due to guests responsibility, the cost of the damage should be paid back by the guests.
