Rooftop Jacuzzi Apartment is a welcoming 3-bedroom penthouse featuring a private heated Jacuzzi on a charming rooftop terrace with stunning sea views! The apartment includes an inviting open plan area with sea views, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

It is located about 500 meters from two popular cafes known for their sweets, snacks, and views, and approximately 1 km from the nearest restaurant, mini market, and bakery. The sandy beach of Kalathas and the city center of Chania are just a 10-minute drive away.

This lovely apartment features a spacious open plan area that includes a living space with a corner sofa and smart TV, a dining table, and glass balcony doors opening to a balcony with beautiful sea views and an outdoor seating area. It also offers a fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a bathroom with a shower, and the convenience of a washing machine and dishwasher.

One master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with two single beds each, are offered. Free wireless internet, air conditioning in every bedroom and the open plan area, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and a TV in every bedroom are provided.

A private rooftop terrace of about 100 sq m features a heated Jacuzzi with views over the town of Chania and the sea. It is equipped with two sun loungers, a cozy seating area, and an outdoor dining space. Wolt delivery allows for nights in if you don’t want to venture into the city, but there are plenty of close restaurants and coffee shops. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung während unseres 3-monatigen Aufenthaltes. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Ein toller Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir waren von Januar bis März hier.
