Sweet Home is a hospitable, private 3-bedroom House in the peaceful town of Perivolia, 4 km south of the town of Chania. It is located near a mini-market, 100 meters from a local tavern, less than a 5-minute drive from the nearest sandy beach. It is a suitable House for guests who wish to relax in a peaceful environment next to the nature.
On the ground floor, you may find a comfortable open plan living room area with a dining corner, the fully equipped kitchen (with a big refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a coffee machine, a boiler), and a second living room area with a television and a balcony. A bathroom with shower and a washing machine is provided as well.
A staircase leads to the beautiful top floor, where are the three bedrooms. One spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, and two bedrooms with a double bed each are provided, as well as a beautifully decorated bathroom with a large bathtub and a washing machine. Air-condition is offered in every bedroom.
You may enjoy a sunny balcony with countryside views, drinking your coffee by the beautiful views of nature, of local banana and orange trees in a quiet environment. A safe field with orange trees at the back of Sweet Home can be used by your children as a playground. A barbecue in the courtyard is also provided.
Wireless internet and air-condition in every bedroom are offered. Central heating is provided for stay during winter.
