Villa Geometry is a brand new 5-bedroom villa with a private pool, located in the small village of Chorafakia, 1500 meters from two mini-markets and one tavern, and a little less than 3 km from the lovely sandy beaches of Tersanas and Kalathas. The picturesque town of Chania is about 13 km away.
A spacious open plan area with a living room corner with TV and fireplace, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and one common bathroom are provided on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed an en-suite bathroom are also offered on this floor.
Four bedrooms, one common bathroom and one en-suite bathroom are provided on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has two single beds. There is also a common space with a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a workspace.
Villa Geometry has a private swimming pool of about 40 sqm in a spacious courtyard, with comfortable sun beds, sun umbrellas and a dining table. Air-condition in every bedroom and Wi-Fi are provided. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available.
