Communications before arriving were great. Yannis & Emmanuel has so many tips and recommendations. And once we were there we had all the support from the owner. She was so sweet and helpful, made our stay so special. We had local sweets and local bottle of wine and olive oil waiting for us. As well as local Raki ! We definitely wanted to stay for longer !"

La villa est superbe avec une vue incroyable sur la belle plage de Falasarna et la mer. On voit d’ailleurs la mer de toutes les pièces. Elle est très bien équipée et décorée, très confortable et très propre aussi. La piscine à débordement est très agréable et permet d’admirer la mer. La terrasse a tout ce qu’il faut, y compris un barbecue à gaz (et il y a de bonnes boucheries à Kissamos pour acheter notamment de la viande marinée à griller). Il y a 5 mn de route non goudronnée pour y accéder mais ce n’est pas un souci. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire et très bonne communication avec Emmanuel et Yannis. Nous reviendrons.

Amazing space. This was the last stop on our honeymoon and to have the private pool and patio to ourselves for the sunsets was so special. The drive to the villas is not ideal as the roads are rough - but once you're there it's wonderful. The beach in the village is awesome, and if you're feeling adventurous this space is located between some other great beaches and hiking spots. Renting a car is a must! But that is the case with all of Crete. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The Villa is absolutely amazing. It looks brand new (I think it might be). The finishes are to the highest standard. Beds were comfy, showers were amazing. The view is simply spectacular. Communications before arriving were great. Yannis & Emmanuel has so many tips and recommendations. And once we were there we had all the support from the owner. She was so sweet and helpful, made our stay so special. We had local sweets and local bottle of wine and olive oil waiting for us. As well as local Raki ! We definitely wanted to stay for longer ! We were perhaps worried about neighbours, but they were a non-issue. There are privacy screens and you never see your neighbours, you can just hear them some times. We would definitely recommend this Villa for a wonderful Cretan holiday. Falasarna beach is gorgeous, so many shades of turquoise we couldn't believe it ! It is a bit cold, but still enjoyable. And you can walk down to the beach from the Villa. You definitely need a car and since the road is not paved, ideally not a super tiny car like the one we rented :) There are great restaurants and supermarkets near by. The Villa faces west so you have the most amazing sunsets every day. But that also means the sun comes into the Villa in the afternoon and it can get very hot, so some days we had to turn the AC on, which would normally not be our preference. But this did not negatively impact our stay in any way. These are only recommendations, they didn't affect our stay at all. Some appliances could do with instructions, like the washing machine is all in Greek. Or the oven we struggled to turn on. The kitchen has the basics, we made with what we had, but it doesn't have every single utensil you might have in your own kitchen. We needed help to get the TV on, so maybe a guide for that would be useful too. The pool is 1,5 m deep, all of it. So for children or smaller people it can be a little tiring since you don't reach the floor, so have to be constantly moving to stay afloat. Overall we loved our stay, it was a perfect first trip to Crete. We definitely recommend it and can't wait to go back !

This is a fantastic place if you want beautiful scenery, a nice place to relax, great beaches, stunning sunset views, and nice pool to enjoy. The hosts could not be any better and they will make sure you enjoy your time and help you with anything you need. The place is brand new and very clean. The appliances are all modern and of the best quality. Honestly the place was so nice on many days during the holiday I didn't see a reason to leave even though you have so many wonderful beaches nearby. Because it is new it might be hard to find on the GPS, so be sure to coordinate with the host before you get there. Overall, this place is probably my favourite of all the Airbnbs I have stayed and certainly Falasarna is my favourite holiday place anywhere.
