"I’m not sure I can rate this place highly enough. It was perfection. It’s located in Agia Marina which is about 20 minutes in a taxi from Chania Old Town. Agia Marina has a strip packed with restaurants and shops so there’s no shortage of places to eat. These are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is gorgeous. Absolutely spotless with great facilities inside. I had a problem connecting the to wifi and the hosts rectified this within hours! They were very responsive and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"Absolutely fantastic hosts. The best hosts I've ever experienced on Air BnB. Nothing was too much trouble for them, any requests or questions we had were death with quickly. Check in and out was easy. The Villa itself was great. The pool was perfect for our kids and was just a short walk to the main shops, beach and lovely restaurants. "We can’t find any faults at all with Villa Theasis, Emmanuel, Yannis and the owner. They were always on hand for any questions, for local information, taxis, and any help you needed. The villa was so well appointed and very clean, halfway through the week the villa was cleaned from top to bottom and all linen changed. Table football / mini gym in the basement was an added bonus for a break from the Sun. The pool was perfect, and also cleaned halfway through the week. No more than 2m from the villa Theasis gate was the Rustic Garden, Greek Tapas. Really very nice food in lovely surroundings with great staff, and not expensive."

Vi kjenner Kreta og området meget godt fra før, så det er alltid som å komme hjem. grekerne og spes Kreterne er det mest fantastiske folk, alltid hyggelig, høflige, morsomme og down to earth! "There so many good things to say about this accommodation. Great location especially if you have a car, 7 mins drive from big supermarket Lidl. But with no car you’re 2 mins outside the main road with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and local beach. From their place we managed to visit the beautiful beaches and gorge Theriso. In terms of accommodation itself you have everything what you hoped for. Toiletries, beach towels, kitchen was equipped including washing machine"

Et flott hus med fine soverom og bad. Poolen var stor nok og huset hadde det man trengte av utstyr. Beliggenheten er upåklagelig veldig nær gode restauranter som f. eks Nymfi og nær den beste delen av stranden med fin sandbunn.

We had an amazing family week at Villa Theasis I. Emmanuel and Yannis and the owner were really attentive and helpful. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. There is nothing to remark on. Absolutely fantastic!! If you travel to Agia Marina with a family of 8 this house will not disappoint you. I warmly recommend Emmanuel and Yannis as hosts. Thank you!

This place was easily the highlight of our trip. It was pristine and clean, seemingly brand new, and just overall wonderful. Plenty of space, the most beautiful views, and that pool! It was so fabulous and I’d stay here again and again. We stayed here with 6 people and had more than enough space. We also were walking distance from amazing shops and restaurants and beautiful beaches. We also rented a car (a large van) and found it easy to find parking space next to the villa. Emmanuel and Yannis were both extremely accommodating and friendly, and met all of our requests with ease. Very flexible and hospitable. Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

This house was amazing with an amazing host. The location is perfect with a great beach and service. The walkable restaurants and shopping were fantastic! Most importantly we were all so comfortable in the house and it had everything, washing detergent, soap, blow dryer (with diffuser), and pool towels. I would definitely recommend this place. If you arrive at night make sure you know where you are going. We loved this house!

We had a great 3 days in Agia Marina and we liked the Villa. When you enter the Villa you will immediately notice that it is pretty new - all fresh and clean. Good size bedrooms and all with own bathrooms. All necessary equipment in place with high quality. The own pool is not large but big enough for the purpose as there is only 5 min walk to the beach. Multiple restaurants close by and if you would like to go to Chania town it is easy with a bus or taxi. Our hosts Emmanuel and Yannis were very helpfull during our visit.
