"I’m not sure I can rate this place highly enough. It was perfection. It’s located in Agia Marina which is about 20 minutes in a taxi from Chania Old Town. Agia Marina has a strip packed with restaurants and shops so there’s no shortage of places to eat. These are 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is gorgeous. Absolutely spotless with great facilities inside. I had a problem connecting the to wifi and the hosts rectified this within hours! They were very responsive and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"We can’t find any faults at all with Villa Theasis, Emmanuel, Yannis and the owner. They were always on hand for any questions, for local information, taxis, and any help you needed. The villa was so well appointed and very clean, halfway through the week the villa was cleaned from top to bottom and all linen changed. Table football / mini gym in the basement was an added bonus for a break from the Sun. The pool was perfect, and also cleaned halfway through the week. No more than 2m from the villa Theasis gate was the Rustic Garden, Greek Tapas. Really very nice food in lovely surroundings with great staff, and not expensive."

But with no car you’re 2 mins outside the main road with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and local beach. From their place we managed to visit the beautiful beaches and gorge Theriso. The villa was everything we expected: Super clean, nice beds, great location near the sea and restaurants (try the tapas restaurant next to the villa!), you can hardly hear any traffic, and the most helpful hosts! Check-in went smoothly even though we arrived in the middle of night, thanks to clear instructions. Nice experience also with the car rental they organized. We spent a lovely week in Villa Theasis. Highly recommend!

This was a house that suited us perfectly. We were 6 adults and 3 children. Good space and access to everything necessary. It was also close to both the beach and shops, so we have only positive things to say.

We have just returned from a fantastic week in Agia Marina. The Villa was exactly as described. Very clean throughout and complete with modern fixtures and furnishings. We were a family group of 8 and the space in the villa made our stay very comfortable and everyone had their own space. The pool area was well equipped with sun beds and a seating table area. The sea view was beautiful, particularly from the terrace and the upper bed room. The beach and many shops / supermarkets are a few minutes walk from the villa as well a lots of tavernas - every meal we had was delicious! The beach was Sandy with shallow waters which was perfect for our young children. Emmanuel and Yannis were always on hand to answer any questions - communication was fantastic. I would recommend this villa and would stay again. Thank you 😊

We loved our stay here. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Great to have the privacy of the outdoor area/pool while being close to everything (supermarket, restaurants, stores). The private parking spot was a nice added bonus. The place was modern and clean and we loved the local recommendations provided. Would highly recommend!

We stayed as a family of 8 adults and the villa exceeded all of our expectations. On arrival there were refreshments of complimentary wine and water in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. The villa was immaculate inside and out, very spacious and had everything we needed as a family. The location is fantastic walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants. Communication with Emmanuel and Yannis was superb, they have been extremely helpful from the point of booking until the day we left the villa. We would highly recommend staying here. Superb hosts!!!

Had a fabulous stay, close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Fantastic villa, fresh bedding, towels, cleaned and toilet rolls halfway through our week. Only downside was the lack of crockery, knifes and forks etc. not enough matching glasses for 8 people. Otherwise 5/5.

One of my favorite stays ever! The place was perfectly clean and nicely updated with everything we needed. The pool was lovely and private with a beautiful view of the sea. It was a short walk to the boardwalk with lots of restaurants and the beach just beyond it. On the beach you can rent a chair all day for only 5€. Our host was super responsive and accommodating.
