  • "Mr. Yannis and Emmanuel are super hosts. Always available for help and very friendly. We were very late on arrival but Mr Yannis was there to welcome us. During the week he helped us enormously and we are very grateful. The house and pool are amazing. The house is large and roomy. The garden and pool has everything for a relaxing stay. The village of Asteri is quite near the sea and only 10 minutes from Rethymnon. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again if possible!"

We stayed one week in villa Yannis in the end April. Villa was beautiful and perfect for our group of 8 persons. We had also 8 months old baby in our group and there were also everything that we needed for him too.
Only minus was that one night there was no warm water and some of us had to use cold water in the shower. But when we next morning called to the owner he told us how to get more warm water, so we would have got it earlier if we had asked. The yacuzzi was really relaxing and exellent! I truly recommend this villa for everyone, the owners are really nice!

A wonderful villa and we got help with everything we needed to get started. The location of the villa was nice and quiet and we would like to recommend it for others who wants a piece of paradise.

Great place, very nice people, the owner's wife is a marvellous cook you have to go to their Taverna !!

Villa Yannis is a very nice Villa outside of Retimnon. It was very well-equipped and we enjoyed our stay in this peaceful village of Asteri. We found nice beaches at the direction of Retimnon and also many good places to eat dinner at evenings. Highly recommendable place!
