Good location for visiting different parts of Crete from Heraklion to the west point of the island and to the southern coast.
Quite isolated village and very quiet, but sufficiently near shops and main roads.
Cleanig of the house with change of all towels and linen twice a weak: very unusual but deeply appreciated.
At the entry, the house was perfectly clean and the swimming pool without any criticism. Good and regular contacts with the owner of the house, who was very present and available in case of (even small) problems (i.e AC).

Ideally situated villa. Calm village only 2 KM from shops and beaches. No overhead showers but only bath tubs. Very friendly owner. Always available and willing to help with any problem or request.

The villa is very spacious and well equipped.
The villa is located in a very authentic village of astery and just few minutes drive from the beaches and the city of rethimno.
This location enabled us to go for one day trips around the island.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
none there is a very nice taverna in astery vilage.
check when they have live music

Dear "The Hotel" Team,

Our stay in "Villa Yannis" was wonderful!
The Villa is a beautifully made Land House whose owner really cares about.
The owner was always there when we needed him and always with a smile!
He is a very nice person and made our stay even more comfortable
The Villa was beautiful. Full equipped and very clean. There was more than
enough space for 8 Persons.
The front yard with the pool was also very clean and comfortable.
The fresh sheets and the towels at the pool were very inviting.
A relay nice place for all the ages.
We directly felt like home!

A nice Villa to recommend!

An excellent villa, well located provided you have a car. The owners are friendly and very helpful and the people in the village equally so.
I note a previous comment about the shower and agree that for an older person getting in and out of the bath to have a shower could be an issue. This is a minor criticism and it did not affect our stay. Other than that there are no negatives, the general standard of the villa and it's furnishings and fittings is excellent.
Great place great people, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent séjour pour nos deux familles avec enfants. Une très jolie villa dans un village très acceuillant...des propriétaires souriants et sympas, le tout sous un soleil radieux ; nous reviendrons!

We stayed one week in villa Yannis in the end April. Villa was beautiful and perfect for our group of 8 persons. We had also 8 months old baby in our group and there were also everything that we needed for him too.
Only minus was that one night there was no warm water and some of us had to use cold water in the shower. But when we next morning called to the owner he told us how to get more warm water, so we would have got it earlier if we had asked. The yacuzzi was really relaxing and exellent! I truly recommend this villa for everyone, the owners are really nice!

Great place, very nice people, the owner's wife is a marvellous cook you have to go to their Taverna !!
I can't think of something wrong, everything was great !
