The picturesque gardens which surround the building create a lovely natural environment. There are palm trees, colourful flowers, more trees and many sitting spaces which are either private, in front of every apartment with views on the Aegean, or common sitting spaces for all the visitors.
The beautiful gardens also include a good sized swimming pool and a splendid barbeque. Although some of the most famous and 'lively' beaches on the island are very close to the Villas Eva, relaxing
by the pool amid the smell of roses and jasmine is just as tempting as the sea below and it is prefered by the visitors.
