Beautiful Villa van Maleme, Chania

Beautiful Villa is a beautiful, traditional 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool and lovely gardens, located in the peaceful village of Zounaki, at about 6 km from the shingle beach of Maleme. A brewery with a traditional cafe-restaurant can be found at 400 meters from the villa and many more restaurants and a supermarket at about 6 km away. The picturesque old town of Chania is 25 km away.

The pool level of the villa offers a spacious open plan living room area with a projector and direct access to the pool area as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with an energy fireplace. One bedroom with two bunk beds and a common shower bathroom are also provided on this level.

The top level of the villa has two bedrooms with a double bed each, a common bathroom with a bathtub and large balcony with panoramic nature views. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, TV in every bedroom, washing machine and a dryer are provided.

An attached studio with a separate external entrance from the garden is also offered on the ground floor level and provides a double bed, a small kitchenette with a fridge and a shower bathroom.

A private swimming pool of about 18 sqm, sun loungers and sun umbrellas are provided. There is also a lovely pergola with barbecue facilities, a pizza oven, and a small bar. All guests can enjoy the private gardens of the villa and taste the fresh fruits from the trees of the villa or from nearby yards, that belong to the same owner.

Excellent hospitality, the owner prepared some pizzas, local drinks, water, juices, wines, olive oil, just before we’ve entered the villa. Also his mother prepared homemade cakes for the kids. A Perfect Cretan Escape! We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful private villa in Crete. The location was peaceful and scenic, with stunning views of the surrounding hills covered in olive trees. The villa itself was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the private pool and outdoor cooking area — perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a quiet evening meal. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway in Crete!

Very nice villa, close to many nice beaches by car and to Chania as well, with a lot of space and facilities. The owner and his team are also very kind. An external shower by the pool would make it perfect.
