There are restaurants within walking distance and a taverna on site- however if you want to explore further I would recommend having a car. Everyone who works here is lovely and accommodating. If you want a quieter break, with perfect blue sea to swim in right on your doorstep, this is the place for you. The apartment is lovely, cleaned every day with good facilities and lovely shower and very good air conditioning. Blue Beach is a lovely resort, small and quiet with very nice guests, it has a Taverna, Bar and very nice swimming pool."

You definitely need to rent a car (which Emmanuel & Yannis were extremely helpful in organizing) because it's a bit out of the way if you want to spend time in other parts of the island. What a stunning setting! We loved our week at Blue Beach Villas. Sitting outside and watching the mountain and ocean landscape was stunning. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed borrowing board games from reception. Loved the Friday night BBQ. Was a great family holiday. Emmanuel and Yannis responded to every request and gave great local recommendations.

Great place within steps from the beach. The location was great also! There are markets and restaurants close. The hosts were even better! They gave my husband and I a warm welcome and recommended local restaurants, beaches, markets and activities to do around the island. They checked in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. The tavern at the hotel offered breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. All the staff members were very welcoming and friendly!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Gegend, besonders gut geeignet für Ruhe. Die Aussicht und der Strand sind sehr schön. Man benötigt dort jedoch ein Auto.
Super ist, dass man immer Platz am Pool & Strand bekommt, egal um welche Uhrzeit.
Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Zimmern, und was wir etwas unpraktisch fanden, war die Klimaanlage. Die befand sich direkt bei der Eingangstür, gegenüber war ein Schlafzimmer und ein Zimmer links, sodass das linke Zimmer kaum abgekühlt wurde. Daraufhin haben wir einen Ventilator für das Zimmer bekommen. Uns wurde immer geholfen, wenn etwas war. Wir würden wiederkommen.

I thought the place was spacious and clean. I have to mention the photos didn't do justice to how scenic this place is: steps to the beach, pink sand, crystal waters right by the place, I was even able to snorkel. The only thing was the drive to Chania was longer than expected. However, it was something minor that we were willing to deal with to have access to this beautiful scenic unit. The compound was quaint and cozy, and the workers at the restaurant and front desk were super friendly. Food was at the taverna with daily specials. The host was super responsive, every step of the way.

Blue Beach villas was a quaint, beautiful, spotless place about 20 min outside Chania Old Town. It was right on the water so if you wanted to relax on site you could. There was also a pool and a restaurant that you could enjoy. You definitely need a car which we had so we could explore. There were delicious local restaurants to enjoy with great service. We bought tomatoes and watermelon from a local farm which was a great treat. We never met our hosts but they were very communicative throughout our stay. I would recommend this place to friends.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van dit prachtige appartement. Alles was heel schoon en er kwam dagelijks een vriendelijke, lieve schoonmaakster. Het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon en het strand op loopafstand was heerlijk. We vonden ook dat dit het mooiste strand in de omgeving was. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!
