The cozy 4-bedroom Casa Verde Residence offers a lovely open plan area with a cozy living room area and a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. Four elegant bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered as well as two bathrooms with a shower. A private courtyard with an outdoor jacuzzi is provided as well.

The elegant 2-bedroom Casa Verde Grand Suite offers a courtyard with an outdoor heated jacuzzi. An open plan area with a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table and two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, in addition to two shower bathrooms are provided.

On top floor, the luxury 1-bedroom Casa Verde Executive Suite features a nice open plan living room area with a smart TV, a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining table and a spacious veranda with a private outdoor jacuzzi. One bedroom with a queen size bed and a shower bathroom are available.

The 1-bedroom Casa Verde Deluxe Suite has an elegant open plan area with a living room with a smart TV, a sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen as well as a dining table and a balcony with city views. One bedroom with a queen size bed and en-suite shower bathroom is also provided.

"This home was absolutely STUNNING! The owners have done an immaculate job restoring every aspect of the house and it’s apartments. There was plenty of space for our large family. The owners were very responsive and responded quickly with any questions I had. The main port is a 12 minute walk away, a great coffee shop just across the street and a supermarket only a 7 minute walk away. I will certainly return to this BEAUTIFUL property to visit again next time we are in Chania."

This home was absolutely STUNNING! The owners have done an immaculate job restoring every aspect of the house and it’s apartments. There was plenty of space for our large family. The main house is four bedrooms on the main first floor, sharing a spacious courtyard with a large 4 person hot tub. There is an adjacent 2 bedroom apartment just steps away with all the modern needs you could ever want and another 4 person hot tub. Upstairs there are two more spacious modern private apartments with private kitchens, 1 large bedroom each and a spacious family room included. One of the apartments even has access to ANOTHER 2 person hot tub and a spacious private tiled deck. The owners were very responsive and responded quickly with any questions I had. The main port is a 12 minute walk away, a great coffee shop just across the street and a supermarket only a 7 minute walk away. I will certainly return to this BEAUTIFUL property to visit again next time we are in Chania.
