This modern and inviting apartment is situated in a peaceful neighborhood of Chania. Within a brief stroll, guests can find a few charming cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and the picturesque old town of Chania.

Grand Suite offers a chic open plan area with a cozy living room space, complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table. A smart TV, a big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided.

The Grand Suite is designed with comfort and luxury in mind, featuring two spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and ample wardrobe space for your convenience. A 5th guest can be accommodated with an additional range bed.

"We had a fantastic time. The Apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with modern fixtures and fittings. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. It's in a nice residential area about 10 to 15 minutes walk to chania old town but there's plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc very close."

Our stay at Casa Verde was excellent. We had a five week stay. The property was lovely, clean, well maintained. We found it nicer than the great pictures in the listing. The staff are extremely helpful. They were always in touch is see if we needed anything. They were very quick to respond is any questions. We would recommend, or stay again, without any hesitation.

Το σπίτι ήταν τέλειο. Όλα πεντακάθαρα, σε τέλεια τοποθεσία, ήσυχη, 10 λεπτά από την Παλιά Πόλη με τα πόδια. Δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια, δύο μπάνια, ξεχωριστή αυλή με τζακουζι, κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα, κάψουλες καφέ, και κρασί για το καλωσόρισμα. Η επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν καθημερινή παρόλο που δε χρειαστηκαμε τίποτα. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.
