Casa Verde Residence is a brand new, luxury 4-bedroom apartment with a private heated jacuzzi, near the old town of Chania. It is located on the ground floor of Casa Verde Chania, in a peaceful and beautiful central area. A supermarket, a few cafes, the municipal garden and a few restaurants can be found in short walking distance.

A lovely open-plan area with a living area and a dining corner is provided. The open-plan area features a modern living room with green sofas paired with vibrant yellow cushions and stylish decor. A smart TV and sleek coffee tables create a cozy and functional space. Adjacent to the living area is a bright dining corner with a round table and six comfortable chairs, with the flexibility for guests to add more chairs if needed. The space is beautifully lit by natural light from large windows and decorated with indoor plants for a fresh and inviting ambiance.

The modern and fully-equipped kitchen features a wooden dining table surrounded by white barstool-style chairs, creating a comfortable and stylish setting for meals. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, an oven, a boiler, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided.

Four elegant bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered. Every bedroom features a modern decor and a beautiful wooden floor that adds warmth and elegance to the space.

The apartment includes two elegant bathrooms, each featuring a modern shower and marble surfaces for a touch of luxury. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and wireless internet throughout the apartment.

A private heated jacuzzi, a few outdoor seating chairs and an outdoor dining table are provided in a beautiful private courtyard. Car parking in the plot of the apartment is also provided.

"Several friends and I rented Casa Verde Residence for nine days in Aug/Sept 2023. The Residence is beautifully furnished with high quality furniture and beautiful wooden floors. The solid doors and walls provided a private atmosphere for all bath- and bedrooms. The marble-tiled bath with its even-floor shower entrance was an enjoyable luxury! Each bedroom has its own simple-to-use, high tech central air conditioner unit, that provides relief from the humid hot weather we experienced. The highlight of our evenings, the four-person Jacuzzi! It gives a great back massage! A large supermarket is just a few minutes away by foot (Synka). 5/5 points for these great hosts and beautiful residence. All the best, S.H."

This place is awesome. It's only a 10 minute walk from city center and features all the modern amenities missing from a lot of the older dated buildings in city center, including individual AC for each bedroom, strong wifi, and modern bathrooms. Parking is pretty hard to find in city center too, so I personally think this place is a better option than the villas that are ~30-50 minutes from city center (where you would have to drive to city center every day).
