Villa Comfort is a lovely 7-bedroom Villa with an impressive private swimming pool of 78 sq m. It is located only 500 meters away from two seafront seafood taverns, 800 meters from a local supermarket and 5 km from Chania old town.
Villa Comfort is a three-level maisonette villa built in a plot of 4000 sq m providing a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a big barbecue area with a pergola and outdoor traditional oven and many local plants and flowers.
Spacious open plan living room areas, two lovely dining areas and two fully equipped kitchens are provided. Six double bedrooms and one twin bedroom as well as six bathrooms are offered. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer are provided.
Our guests can enjoy a tennis court 800 meters away, and the Mega Place with cinemas, a bowling center, a sea view cafe and children playground at 1600 meters away.
The nearest sandy beaches (Loutraki, Kalathas, Kalives, Agia Marina) are a 15-minute drive from the Villa Comfort, since it is very near to the exit of the national road (2 km). Please note that there is a sandy beach (not organized) 500 meters away, next to the nearest seafront taverns.
