Wir hatten keine weiteren Mieter im Haus und hatten dadurch enorm viel Privatsphäre. Die Küche hat nur eine kleine Grundausstattung. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, wenn man etwas unternehmen will. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben sofort auf unsere Wünsche reagiert."

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Crete. The house is very spacious, and comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the lovely yard, with plenty of shade and surrounded by nature. It was such a pleasure to sit outside in the morning with my coffee, enjoy the fresh air, listen to the sounds of nature, and simply slow down.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. It’s the perfect place if you want to get away from the noise, enjoy some privacy, and experience the calm and natural side of Crete.

The host was also fantastic and made our stay even better. They provided us a high chair and a playpen for my baby. They were always very responsive, replied quickly to all of my messages, and were happy to help with anything I asked or needed during our stay.

Overall, we had a lovely experience.
We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Crete!

L’hôte est très réactif, très agréable et le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer l’ouest de l’île. Le logement est cependant un peu éloigné de la longue rue commerçante de Platanias, il faudra donc utiliser un véhicule pour s’y rendre. Avec ses 3 chambres, dont une suite parentale, il est suffisamment spacieux pour accueillir une famille (3 lits double). Pour les amateurs de barbecue, un barbecue au gaz est à disposition. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, qui mériterait toutefois d’être achevée, mais ce n’est qu’un détail idem pour le jardin. Le matériel disponible permet de cuisiner confortablement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et remercions nos hôtes.

Our accommodation was excellent providing a comfortable and modern base for our holiday. The house was spotless and a good location to explore the local area, not too far from Chania. You absolutely have to check out the bakery around the corner from the house.

We spent a week at this accommodation and were very satisfied with our experience. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing moments. The hosts were extremely communicative and always ready to assist us with any situation, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location is ideal—perfectly situated near all the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with friendly hosts.

La casa è stupenda, il giardino è estremamente piacevole, vicinissima al centro di Platanias e al mare. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, ci hanno fornito moltissime informazioni sul luogo, sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta! Tutto perfetto, consiglio vivamente quest’alloggio anche per la posizione strategica vicina alle principali spiagge e anche a Chania!

I'm glad to share my fantastic experience with this absolutely comfortable, well equipped and neat house. I received so much information from Emmanuel and Yannis, including tips about bars/restaurants, to do's and anything concerning the house. Questions were rapidly answered. We had a great stay and would book again. The only negative thing we experienced was our French neighbour who didn't want to share the big enough parking spot with us. Other than that, a vacation well spent in the Danai Garden Apartment :)
