It was a pleasant stay at the apartment and everything was just as described/ seen in the pictures. The distance to the city centre is just 2 km and done by car in 6 min. Een ruim volledig ingericht appartement waar je makkelijk langere tijd kunt verblijven. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en op loopafstand van de mooie boulevard, haven en gezellige binnenstad van Chania. Als je geen zin hebt om te lopen kun je je door een taxi ernaartoe laten rijden. Fijn was dat er tussendoor nog een keer extra gereinigd werd in het appartement en ons bed verschoond. Er waren meer dan voldoende badhanddoeken en ook voor toiletpapier werd gezorgd. Echt een aanrader. We kregen steeds snel een reactie op onze vragen. Regelmatig werd gevraagd of alles in orde was. Er is ruimte in de straat om je (huur)auto gratis te parkeren. Er is een patio waar je even rustig buiten kunt zitten. Erg vriendelijke verhuurder en gastvrouw. Kan dit appartement van harte aanbevelen. Ik heb dan ook geen verbeterpunten of andere op- en aanmerkingen.

Emmanuel and Yannis‘ apartment was simply perfect for our stay. We were welcomed with traditional Greek pastries and the apartment had everything we needed. Our host was lovely and gave us great tips for places and beaches to go to as well as things to experience. I highly recommend. Also, there is a gym 2 minutes walking distance for those that like a bit of workout. We will surely come back soon.

We had a fantastic stay! Emmanuel, Yannis, and Maria were incredibly helpful, proactively sending tips on what to see and where to go, and always answering our questions promptly. The owner, Eva, was very friendly and always available to help, even greeting us with lovely treats upon arrival and departure. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured, with easy parking right outside. While there wasn't much sunlight inside the house, it wasn't an issue as we spent most of our days at the beautiful beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Chania!

Charmante relation avec Yannis, Emmanuel, et Maria lors de la demande de réservation et jusqu'au terme de la location. Relai opéré par Eva, la propriétaire qui habite juste au dessus de l'appartement et répond sans tarder aux différentes sollicitations. Couple charmant et disponible en cas de besoin. Petites surprises à l'arrivée, puis au cours de notre location avec d'excellents gâteaux Grecs. Logement refait récemment et propre. Quartier paisible. Stationnement à toute proximité. Bonne distance à pied entre le Centre, la mer, le port et ses nombreux excellents restaurants. Belle hospitalité de la part de nos amis Crétois au sens le plus large, il fait bon y vivre et ce ne sera très certainement pas notre dernier voyage en Crête !! Un grand merci pour cette belle découverte !!

We were very happy with the apartment, Eva was always there when we needed something. The area is very close to the Chania Old Town, where you have a lot of restaurants and bars. We loved our time there and we are definitely coming back. Thank you for everything Eva!

We had a great week-long stay at the Elegant Apartment. Communication was quick and smooth. The place is very clean, functional and well-equipped. It is located in a residential neighborhood about 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot to the city center and/or port, which was perfect for us. Parking is on the street but we never had any issues finding a spot. The owner Eva was kind and attentive and left us some delicious greek pastries on our arrival, which was a nice touch. There are several great coffee shops in the area as well as a corner store right down the street. We could not ask for a better place to call home during our stay in Crete. Highly recommend! Thank you Emmanuel, Yannis, Katerina and Eva.

The flat was spectacular! Just like the pictures show. Everything clean and new, even with AC! Eva was always attentive to our needs. Always connected for anything and very friendly. Although the flat is a 25 minute walk from downtown (5 minutes by car), it is located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxing. On the other hand, the flat is close to the access roads which makes it convenient to go to beaches that are far from the city. I absolutely recommend it and I would definitely come back!

The apartment was fully equipped and nicely decorated. Eva, Emmanuel, Yannis & Maria made sure that we had a convenient staying. We had our daughter with us and Eva provided a crib and a high chair, which was super helpful. The apartment is in a quiet uphill neighborhood close to Chania's city center. We definitely needed a car to get there, since we had a toddler along, but maybe you could cover the distance by foot as well.
