Golden Sea Villa in Stavros, Chania

Golden Sea Villa is a hospitable 5-bedroom Villa with a private pool of 45 sq m, 600 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Stavros and the village center. Two mini-markets, and a few traditional taverns and seafood restaurants can be found in short walking distance. The Villa is located about 15 km north of Chania.

Golden Sea Villa has one 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, and one 3-bedroom apartment on the upper floor, which are connected with an outdoor staircase. Every floor is about 130 square meters.

Two bedrooms, an open plan living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and one bathroom with a shower are provided on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed, and another two single beds.

Three bedrooms, an open plan living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has twin beds. A lovely sea view balcony with a dining table is also provided on this floor.

All guests can enjoy a private grassy courtyard with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and a barbecue corner. Private parking is provided as well. Air-condition in every bedroom, one smart TV per apartment, and wireless internet are offered.

"This is great villa near two wonderful beaches in Stavros. The setting is lovely and the house is very spacious. We were 7 adults and 3 small children and we had more than enough room to be comfortable. There is a magnificent swimming pool at an ideal depth throughout and in a lovely setting, serviced every day by the pool attendant. We spent most of the time in the villa either around the pool or at the large table at the side that was in the shade. The owner was very helpful and provided a cot and high chair for the 11-month old in our party. We would gladly return there."

"What a superb holiday location. The Villa is well laid out for two families, and the close vicinity to the beach and restaurants is superb. A few of the restaurants have play areas for the children so you can relax and there’s a mini mark within a few minutes walk from the villa. No need to rent a car as it’s all on your doorstep. Our hosts were so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better service from them."

We had a really great time in Crete and the stay at Emmanuel & Yannis’s listing contributed to that! The villa was clean, we had all the amenities we needed, the owner Mr Antonis was always super friendly and responded quickly. The pool area is great, the exterior is super green and private and we loved that. Definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back anytime!
