Golden Sea Villa in Stavros, Chania

Golden Sea Villa is a hospitable 5-bedroom Villa with a private pool of 45 sq m, 600 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Stavros and the village center. Two mini-markets, and a few traditional taverns and seafood restaurants can be found in short walking distance. The Villa is located about 15 km north of Chania.

Golden Sea Villa has one 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, and one 3-bedroom apartment on the upper floor, which are connected with an outdoor staircase. Every floor is about 130 square meters.

Two bedrooms, an open plan living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and one bathroom with a shower are provided on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed, and another two single beds.

Three bedrooms, an open plan living room area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and one bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the upper floor. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has twin beds. A lovely sea view balcony with a dining table is also provided on this floor.

All guests can enjoy a private grassy courtyard with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and a barbecue corner. Private parking is provided as well. Air-condition in every bedroom, one smart TV per apartment, and wireless internet are offered.

We have been two weeks in the Golden Sea Villa in august.
Two families, with a total of four adults and 5 young children.
The accommodation is just perfect for two families’ needs, and also perfect in ‘corona times’ as it allows independent living and dining.
A lot of amenities are available, including high speed WiFi and smart TVs in each apartment, very useful to have the kids watching Netflix while the adults are chilling with a couple of beers on the patio :)
It is close enough to a fantastic beach (walking distance) and in reach of all the Chania area, less than 2 hrs from Elafonisi and approx 1hr from the Samaria Gorges’ walk.
The owner is an outstanding host.
Extremely recommended!
