pros - a lot of space, two terraces - small gym in basement - nice amenities (also kitchen) - next to beach - great infrastructure around - 20 minutes drive from airport - good beach and sea cons - out of 5 bedrooms - one is without air-conditioning, and one without conditioning and in basement - wifi coverage - only at the first floor - tv is old - so no netflix :)

The villa is gorgeous. The location is right on the sea where you can swim. The villa was very clean too. We felt very comfortable in the area and in the villa. It is perfect for families or a large group. By car you can get to Heraklion city or the party mile in Chersonissos within 15 minutes. And the hosts were great. You answered quickly. Was there for help anytime & welcomed us very kindly. This villa is highly recommended.

Emmanuel and Yannis are amazing hosts. They are helpful way before the trip and make sure to touch base regularly to make sure everything is on track. Whenever a question popped up, the immediately had a response. They also provided us with local tips and made sure to keep us up to date with local happenings, especially important in the times of Covic. Amazing hosts I would always recommend. Can't wait to go back to the Villa in the near future!

Many stores and tavernas nearby
Best coffee in the traditional cafe in the complex Rooms are smaller than appears on pictures
In front of the villa is no "green area" Excellent communication with TheHotel.gr people, ευχαριστώ Iraklis Mpalomenakis and Maria Triantafyllaki.
