Nous avons loué un van Peugeot Traveller 9 places à l’aéroport de La Canée et tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. Le prix était très abordable, sans mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée. Nous avons pu récupérer le véhicule facilement, même en pleine nuit, et aucune caution ne nous a été demandée. Le van était impeccable, propre à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. Service sérieux et efficace, je recommande vivement !

Best experience I’ve had with hiring a car abroad. No hidden costs. Friendly service. Offered bottled water for all 4 of us. Showed me how the car worked. Packed our suitcases in the boot. Set up WhatsApp group with contact details before we’d even arrived. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Lower points are for the car (which I chose) - needed a bit more power for the hills 😉

This is a car rental place but the service was excellent. They lent us an apple power ciord because we had the incorrect adapter, picked us up from the airport and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely use again.

Very good experience. Everything happened perfectly agreement, staff was very kind and helpful. Car was clean and new. Staff can pick-up or drop-off at the airport to be more convenient.
They’re also available on call/whatsapp, replied quickly when had questions. Recommend!

Renting a car was a must for our stay on Crete. We arranged our rental through TheHotel.gr. It was easy to process and exactly what we needed. On the day of our arrival we received walking instructions from the airport to the rental office along with a picture of the building. It was easy to find and the staff at Horafakia was great! Highly recommend.

Rental car pickup was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and everything worked well without any problems. The same happened on car return, fast and easy without anything to complain. The rental car itself was new and clean and worked well for group of 6 people the whole week.
