Kappa Apartment is a just renovated 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the charming town of Chania. Conveniently located just 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the nearest sandy beach, it is placed on the middle floor of a small building with all everyday amenities such as cafes, restaurants, bakery shops, and a supermarket, all within a very short walking distance.

The welcoming open-plan area offers a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. A big refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an electric kitchen, a boiler, and a coffee maker are provided.

One bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine are provided. A smart TV, a wardrobe and an office space are also available. Air-condition and free wireless internet are provided.

Guests can enjoy in very short walking distance a few cafes, taverns and restaurants. The entrance to the famous old town is just a short 150-meter walk away.

It is five mins walk to everywhere and 2 mins to the bus station if you want to travel by bus anywhere. Yannis and Emmanuel were extremely responsive. The iron was not working and Yannis replaced it within the hour. Yannis and checked in with us regularly during our stay to see if we needed help with anything. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und in einer optimalen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Emmanuel & Yannis waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Chania. Die Lage ist ideal, da man den Hafen in nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht und auch sonst alles bequem erkunden kann. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Zur Begrüßung gab es frisches Obst und ein Flasche Wein. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat sich der Gastgeber regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und uns viele tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage in der Altstadt ist die Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig. Wenn man die Straße jedoch weiter bergauf fährt, findet man in der Regel einen Parkplatz. Im Bad war lediglich ein leichter Eigengeruch wahrnehmbar, der sich durch regelmäßiges Lüften aber gut in den Griff bekommen ließ. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer hervorragenden Lage und einem sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
