Kappa Apartment is a just renovated 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the charming town of Chania. Conveniently located just 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the nearest sandy beach, it is placed on the middle floor of a small building with all everyday amenities such as cafes, restaurants, bakery shops, and a supermarket, all within a very short walking distance.

The welcoming open-plan area offers a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. A big refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an electric kitchen, a boiler, and a coffee maker are provided.

One bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine are provided. A smart TV, a wardrobe and an office space are also available. Air-condition and free wireless internet are provided.

Guests can enjoy in very short walking distance a few cafes, taverns and restaurants. The entrance to the famous old town is just a short 150-meter walk away.

"This is a great place a a good price. Yannis was always checking on us without been intrusive. We had a long stay at Xania (3 weeks plus). The place is two blocks away from old town in a quiet area surrounded by 4 coffee shops on the same block and a super market one block away. It is five mins walk to everywhere and 2 mins to the bus station if you want to travel by bus anywhere. Yannis and Emmanuel were extremely responsive. The iron was not working and Yannis replaced it within the hour. Yannis and checked in with us regularly during our stay to see if we needed help with anything. The bedroom is big and the bed is large and comfortable. We had a great time and have no hesitation in recommending Yannis and Emmanuel’s apartment to anyone looking for the perfect spot in Chania."

Emmanuel & Yannis were nothing short of perfect in service, comms and hospitality. We stayed for 4 nights. 1) comms began the minute I booked the accommodation, and they provided all the information that you need to visit Crete, Chania. 2) apartment is super conveniently located and is as per the pictures. It’s also spacious, clean and well equipped. We were a couple. 3) we arrived super late at 11pm coz of the ferry delay and Yannis stayed up to ensure that we checked-in safely. Super nice of him. 4) they were very responsive and answered queries very quickly, it’s like google chat…live. 😀 5) don’t think further, just book their apartment if you are traveling there, you’ll enjoy the stay.
