"Perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect accommodations. The house is spacious and super clean. It is a minute walking distance to the old port, and 15 min walking distance to the local beach. As described it is situated in the old town with everything close by, however quiet in the evening for sleeping. Very charming , no cars allowed on the street, one of a kind, unique apartment which comfortably accommodated all 5 of us."

"If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. They are the most communicative hosts I’ve ever had. They helped arrange a van for our family of 5 to and from the airport with ease. They also helped arrange a van to and from Kissamos port and a private boat to Gramouvsa and Balos bay which I highly highly recommend to enjoy the views, the hike, the water, and all without the crowds. The house is right in town, walking distance to great local joints for food and gelato. Love this place!!!"

"This is a big house to easy accommodate 2 families. We were only 2 of us so we had lots of space. Big kitchen with decent utensils to cook. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. There is a restaurant just at the entrance and it is very good. Walking distance to harbour and plenty of restaurants."

They made recommendations and helped us getting reservations/bookings to our excursions. If not for them we would not have experienced the Samaria Gorge!! They also helped us with our airport transfers. They were very responsive to our requests/questions and communicated very well. Our Crete vacation was very wonderful because of Emmanuel and Yannis!! An amazing location right in the heart of a bustling city area. This location was directly next to a café, with many delicious restaurants nearby, so the only question when it comes to food options is 'where next'. Even with all the nearby shopping options, the bustle of the street does not infiltrate the resting space and the nights are peaceful, so sleep is easy to obtain. The hosts are very friendly, incredibly accommodating, and have recommendations for almost anything you would be interested in doing on the island.

If you want to know what it feels like to live in the center of old town Chania this is the place. The apartment is beautiful and the furnishings are elegant. The beds are comfortable. For our family this felt like a true home away from home. A magical spot.

We loved this apartment, so very spacious for our family of 5. We loved the high ceilings, large rooms, very efficient air-conditioning. The host was very responsive when we asked for extra keys and beach towels, they arrived within the hour. I would 10/10 rent this place again. The location is unbeatable, so nice not to have to drive to get to the old town as we were already in it! Local beach within walking distance was very nice. So many great restaurants and cafés, I wish we had time to visit more of them during our 9 day stay. We did rent a car for a week to explore the rest of the island and that worked out very well.

Chania is a very vibrant town and this house is perfectly located to explore it. It is spacious and light and right in the midst of the action and still quiet. The host was very flexible with check out, allowing us to stay later to coordinate with our next booking. We really appreciated the two terraces for sunset drinks while overlooking all the activities in the street below us. A really enjoyable stay.

The large and comfortable house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. One bathroom is on the living room/dining floor which is convenient because we spent a lot of time relaxing in that large and lovely space and second full bathroom is on the bedroom level. Doors and balconies on both sides of the floors allowed us to open the windows and have a cross breeze. The A/c worked well. Plenty of hot water which is primarily from solar and can be supplemented by turning on water heater switch. So nice to have a washer and everything dried quickly on the drying rack which was placed on the rear balcony. The owner provided us with his Family’s olive oil, wines,’olives, etc. Location is perfect for walking everywhere in the old city. The small alleyways are wonderful to explore. Two blocks from a taxi stand and bus as well. Just a couple blocks from the house we discovered a wonderful little cafe - Koutourouki.

Great place! The place was at the heart of Old Town Chania - walking distance to supermarkets, great restaurants and landmarks like the Old Venetian Port. The house has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Icing on the cake was 2 fluffy pillows for each of the guest!! Emmanuel and Yannis are great superhosts! They made recommendations and helped us getting reservations/bookings to our excursions. If not for them we would not have experienced the Samaria Gorge!! They also helped us with our airport transfers. They were very responsive to our requests/questions and communicated very well. Our Crete vacation was very wonderful because of Emmanuel and Yannis!! Thank you so much from the family!
