Modern Dream Apartment is a brand new, luxurious 3-bedroom apartment, very well situated just 150 meters from the sandy beach and 200 meters from the vibrant center of Platanias.

A cozy open-plan area is provided, featuring a living area with a smart TV and a fireplace, a stylish dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A big refrigerator, a stove, an ove, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a closet and an impressive shower bathroom with a long Corian bench.

Two more very nice bedrooms are provided, each with two single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed if needed. Additionally, a common bathroom with a shower is also offered.

Air-conditioning system in all the bedrooms and the open plan area is available. Wi-Fi internet is also provided everywhere.

The seaside town of Platanias offers various activities for our guests, including relaxing on the sandy beach, exploring traditional Greek tavernas, enjoying water sports, shopping in local boutiques, hiking in scenic surroundings, and experiencing vibrant nightlife with bars and clubs.

"We had a great time in Crete. The apartement was perfect, we enjoyed the two balcony options. Everthing were as in the descriptions. The beach is very close and sandy. In the neighborhood a lot of bars, taverns and restaurants, much more than you can try on a vacation. The hospitality of the owners was far over of my expectations. There are car rentals in the nearby or you can choose one of the small local tour organisers and reach literally every beautiful places of the island. All of them is well organised and precise."

Fantastic apartment in a great location for being a tourist. What is not obvious from the photos is that it’s located above a small, friendly and helpful supermarket, which is actually quite nice, better than noisy neighbours and super convenient. The two balconies provide polar opposite relaxing areas to suit your mood and the weather. Comfy furniture and motorised awnings at the front with a nice table and chairs set on the rear terrace with distant sea view at the bottom of the road. A warm welcome and superb service from the owner when we needed help with the start of a wasps nest. Honestly, we didn’t want for anything, we felt safe, enjoyed the bustle of the street and people watching when not out and about. A great place if you don’t need to be on the doorstep of the old town. Would return if ever back that way.
