Modern Dream Apartment is a brand new, luxurious 3-bedroom apartment, very well situated just 150 meters from the sandy beach and 200 meters from the vibrant center of Platanias.

A cozy open-plan area is provided, featuring a living area with a smart TV and a fireplace, a stylish dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. A big refrigerator, a stove, an ove, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a closet and an impressive shower bathroom with a long Corian bench.

Two more very nice bedrooms are provided, each with two single beds that can be converted to a king-size bed if needed. Additionally, a common bathroom with a shower is also offered.

Air-conditioning system in all the bedrooms and the open plan area is available. Wi-Fi internet is also provided everywhere.

The seaside town of Platanias offers various activities for our guests, including relaxing on the sandy beach, exploring traditional Greek tavernas, enjoying water sports, shopping in local boutiques, hiking in scenic surroundings, and experiencing vibrant nightlife with bars and clubs.

Very beautiful and clean apartment (as on the pictures) with a lot of space and two big and nice terraces. Location is very good. It’s on the main street, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. In front of the apartment there’s a great pastry shop with amazing local treats and ice cream. beach is also 2 minutes walk away. Yannis and staff was extremely nice and helpful. He waited for us in the apartment and left cold water and drinks in the fridge which felt so good after the arrival. They also helped me with every question need immediately, e.g when needed a hooverer or extra pillows. Can absolutely recommend!

This was our second time staying here so my comments are true and unbiased. If you want a clean and comfortable place to stay in Crete with many restaurants, the beach, grocery stores, and shops, all within walking distance, well this place has it all. Make sure to install Whatsapp on your phone to be able to contact the staff easily. They respond very quickly to all your needs. The owner, Yannis has a beach side restaurant a few kilometers to the West in Maleme. Its called Mythos. Really good food and very friendly staff. Its worth a stop for lunch or dinner. Because this place was not available for our second week in Crete, we stayed at another place. It was nothing like the pictures (definitely enhanced) and our stay was not enjoyable (barking dogs, birds making noise, people yelling). I would definitely recommend the Modern Dream Apartment to all my friends and family. I plan on staying here again on my next visit to Crete. Thanks Yannis and Yannis S for another wonderful stay!
