Modern Villa is a brand new 5-bedroom villa with a private pool, which consists of one 3-bedroom and another 2-bedroom villa, one next to another. It is located in the peaceful village of Mariou in south Rethymno, offering lovely sea views from the interior of the villa and the pool area.
The east 3-bedroom Villa I offers an open plan living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds as well as three en-suite bathrooms are provided. Lovely balconies and many windows ensure that you can enjoy nature and sea views from the open plan area and the bedrooms.
The west 2-bedroom Villa II has an open plan living room area with a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms with two en-suite bathrooms and a patio with an outdoor seating area and lovely nature and sea views are offered.
A private infinity pool with sun loungers, a garden area and outdoor seating areas are provided. Free wireless internet, air conditioning and private parking space are also available.
You can enjoy excellent Cretan food in a few taverns in very short walking distance. There is also a mini-market at 300 meters away. The beautiful town of Plakias with a lovely sandy beach is 3 km away. The famous palm beach of Preveli is also 11 km away.
