Nature Heaven Villa in Tavronitis, Chania

Nature Heaven Villa is a lovely 2-bedroom villa with a beautiful private pool (4*8 meters) with a children corner (35 sqm in total), set amongst orchards and olive groves, in the calm, small village of Neriana, 5 km south of Tavronitis and 25 km west of the beautiful town of Chania.

The Villa, which can accommodate 4-6 guests, is in an ideal location for exploring the beautiful beaches of west Crete. Surrounded by the countryside and near a small river, it is a walkers and cyclists paradise.

Our guests can enjoy a very nice traditional tavern 250 meters from the Villa (kipos ths Frosinis). In the nearby village of Voukolies (less than 3 km away) you can find two bakery shops, two big local supermarkets (INKA, Ariadne), a few traditional cafes and one restaurant.

Tavronitis is a small, traditional village near the sea. On the main road, there are several shops, cafenions, tavernas and mini-markets, as well as a bakery, butchers, pharmacy, and patisserie, ensuring you have everything to enjoy your holiday. The small river of Tavronitis and the sandy beach is 5-minute drive by car. A little further is the fishing harbour of Kolimbari, famous for it excellent fish tavernas where you can enjoy freshly caught lobsters and local fish.

Oranges hang from the trees so you can make fresh juice daily and little swallows dive down into the pool at the end of each day, it’s an oasis! Was soll ich sagen.. es war mega schön.. so eine schöne Unterkunft.. es gibt zwei Bäder.. mit Wanne und Dusche.. es gibt alles was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Fön.. auch in der Küche gibt es alles um sich selbst zu versorgen.. wir haben oft oben auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt oder draußen am Grill. Der Garten mit den vielen Orangen Bäumen ein Traum.. hier haben wir uns immer Nachschub für unseren selbst gepressten Orangensaft geholt. Ein Riesen Obst/Gemüse Korb, Wein und Olivenöl gab es zur Begrüßung.. Auch hat uns der Besitzer ein Tag spontan mit zu seiner Olivenbaum Ernte mitgenommen.. wir dürften auch mal kurz Hand anlegen.. super spannend für die Kinder.. die Oliven wurden dann zur nahe gelegen Fabrik gebracht.. dort werden sie weiter verarbeitet.. das war ein kurzer und witziger Einblick.. und total nett uns da mal fix mitzunehmen.. danke für so viel Gastfreundschaft! Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit.. meine Tochter hat die Katzen gebliebt die und immer besucht haben und wir haben schön entspannen können. Auf jeden Fall würden wir wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft und Gastgeber auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir haben das Haus, den Pool und den Garten geliebt! Perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern! Der Eigentümer stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist auch super, um Tagesausflüge zu diversen Stränden zu machen. Das Einzige, was wirklich etwas nervig war, war die laute Musik fast jede Nacht, da scheinbar sämtliche Hochzeiten, die in der Pandemie nicht stattfinden konnten, momentan in einer nahen Feier-Location nachgeholt werden.
